Visitors to this website are tracked for statistical purposes. Data such as IP address, browser version, operating system version, screen resolution and hostname are collected. This information is never made available outside our organisation except when necessary as part of law enforcement investigations.

We never publish customer testimonials without first seeking permission.

We record only names and addresses for our normal accounting purposes so that we can contact you in the course of our normal business. We never pass any information to other companies or organisations.

Online purchases are processed only by PayPal. They have a very high level of security in place for processing credit/debit cards transactions. We have no access to card details used via this system and never store any credit/debit card details for any of our customers.

All our stored information is kept in a secure offline database. It is not stored online. This prevents the online theft of any of our secure data. We do not store payment details in any way shape or form.
